If you and your beloved are going to say, “I do” to spending forever together, why not dance forever to celebrate it?

"The Ugly Truth"

In the new movie “The Ugly Truth,” (watch movie trailer) Grey’s Anatomy alum Katherine Heigl, agrees to take some chauvinistic advice from super yummy Gerad Butler, on what it really takes to find a man. While you might be skeptical of looking to a romantic screenplay for love advice, the film raises some extremely relatable questions. Why is it that so many women have lapses of love, or continue to go for Mr. Wrong? How can single women everywhere stop the search and discover Mr. Right?

According to an article by Dr. Gail Saltz, a contributor for the “Today Show,” “If you want to meet someone, create opportunities.” By truly putting yourself out there, you increase your chances of meeting new people and a potential new mate!

While going out into social settings is an obvious option, don’t let the bar be the only place of action. While there will be an ample amount of new people to meet, take a realistic moment and think about what that cute guy in the corner is really staring at?

Dr. Phil says to start with a plan, love yourself, and determine your personal truth. Follow the Doc’s guide so you too can “bag him, tag him, and take him home!”

Dress to Impress

Who doesn’t love a man in mom jeans? President Barack Obama dressed down to an over-sized White Sox jacket and unforgiving denim for Tuesday night’s 80th All-Star game in St. Louis, where he delivered the ceremonial first pitch. His fashion faux pas have received more media coverage than his just-short-of-the-plate pitch (check out this video from CNN), and one can’t help but sympathize with his fashionista wife, Michelle, who has been praised for her trendy wardrobe. How does she feel about her husband’s undesirable dress-down?

“My wife thinks I’m cute in the White Sox jacket,” Obama insisted at the game.

There’s no way she’s crazy about those loose-fighting, high-rise jeans!

How can chic Michelle let her husband know that his style needs revamping? How does any woman broach such a sensitive topic with her main squeeze? Whether your guy is a proponent of couch-potato couture (dirty sweats and dingy white undershirts) or overzealous with preppy pastels (purple polo with lime green khakis), women everywhere can find subtle and respectful ways to encouraged a better-dressed boyfriend. In Ashton Kutcher’s article for Harper’s Bazaar on how to dress like the perfect couple, the model-turned-movie star lists several ways:

- Gift your man with clothes you’d like to see him in, and don’t forget to go heavy on the praise when he gives them a test-run.

- When your guy looks good, encourage his style sense by comparing him to a rugged actor or football player: don’t call him “cute” or tell him that he looks “nice!”

And fellas, do your ladies a favor: ditch the mom jeans!

Say Goodbye to His Lies

“The Bachelorette” women have had their fair share of romantic break downs and break ups over the past few seasons. Although the original “Bachelorette,” Trista Rhen, was able to find a lasting sizzle with hunky firefighter Ryan Sutter, poor newbie Jillian Harris seems to have gotten stuck with a fraternity of dishonest dudes. Wes, Jillian’s most recent castaway to Former Reality T.V. Star Island, was booted due to a dirty little secret he’d been withholding.

Wes, who’s become more known for his musical career and supposed “#1 hit in Chihuahua, Mexico,” tried to cover his tracks after he misspoke saying “My girlfriend, I mean my ex-girlfriend,” when he was confronted about having an alleged woman at home. But none of his smooth talking could stop Jillian from dismissing him from her cast of final four suitors.

According to Lifespy.com, there are certain signs a women can look for to see if a man is trying to pull a fast one. Are those sparkling eyes deliberately not catching your gaze? Is he clearing his throat before answering your question? Speaking in an unusually load tone? Maybe he’s fidgeting with a sheepish grin on his face? Take caution and heed his words! Chances are ladies, there’s more fiction that fact in your storybook of love!

A Relationship's Round Two: Ready to Reconcile?

"We will lie under different stars.I am where I am and you're where you are." Woke up at 4 a.m. for no other reason than I miss you.

Though Miley Cyrus’s dreamy and romantic Twitter posts have been aimed at an unnamed someone, rumor has it that the Disney star has rekindled young love with her ex, boy band heartthrob Nick Jonas. Examiner.com reports that in an interview with Larry King, Nick expressed, “It’s good, it’s nice to have reconnected with her.” Miley also agreed in a radio interview, saying, “We both just kind of saw each other again and kind of decided this whole thing was stupid. We all were over the separation.”

The two love birds, nicknamed “Niley” (Nick + Miley) all over the Internet, came together this spring to record a duet about their love and loss called “Before the Storm,” which was released on the newest Jonas Brothers album Lines, Vines and Trying Times. Miley’s head-banging hit of last summer, “7 Things,” lamented her break-up with the youngest Jo Bro.

But do Miley and Nick have a shot at succeeding in love the second time around? Is it possible to rekindle an old flame without getting burned? There is no magic number for the span of days or months that must pass before two exes should contemplate getting back together (Miley and Nick broke up at the end of 2007), and there is certainly no checklist detailing the best way to pursue an ex-love all over again. Anything is possible in love, and though it’s not the easiest of situations, a second round of romance is not against the rules (love and war -- there are no rules!).

Thinking you could be the next round two “Niley?” Check out AskMen.com for advice about the best way to get an ex-girlfriend back (Nick Jonas, take note). From swearing off other dating prospects in order to focus on your ex, to keeping in touch via e-mail and phone calls, the article rattles off ten ways to pursue your former love all over again.
