Hug A Tree...and Your Sweetheart!

It’s Arbor Day! So grab your sweetie, get outside and plant a tree! Clueless how to get started? Check out the Arbor Day Foundation’s video tips on proper planting techniques.
And did you know the most romantic tree could be the apple tree? The Celtic meaning of an apple tree is love and ancient Celts appreciated apples because of their ability to keep over a long period of time when stored in a cool dry place. Love Honeys Spend Lots of Money!

The economy might be lagging, but people are still engaging!
According to The Knot’s 2008 Real Wedding Survey results, there was a 5.2 % increase of spending on weddings, nationwide.
Other fun facts:
  • Venue spending went up 7.4% from 2007 with an average spend of $13, 667 for venue space.

  • The average cost of a wedding cake was $555.

  • The average length of engagement was 15.7 months.
